Siyasebenza is our flagship job creation and socio-economic development (SED) programme, a direct and impactful pipeline that transforms unemployment into sustainable job placement.
It’s designed to address the immediate and pressing challenge of joblessness by equipping individuals with the foundational skills and connections needed to enter the workforce, fostering dignity and economic independence.

We meticulously train and connect disadvantaged youth and community members, often from vulnerable backgrounds, with entry-level work opportunities across diverse, high-demand sectors.

This includes critical food parcels, ensuring basic nutrition; access to ablution facilities for health and hygiene; and basic household items to create a stable and supportive environment, enabling them to focus on their training and job search.
